We offer pre-configured desktop PCs for home, or office use. Our computers can be used for gaming, video editing, streaming, or professional applications.

Can I customise a pre-configured PC?

When ordering a pre-configured PC, only storage options are available. If you wish to make other changes, please contact us for a custom build.

What is included with a pre-configured PC purchase?

Included with your purchase of a pre-configured PC is the fully assembled PC and it's power cable.

What warranty do you provide for your PCs?

All of our PCs come with a one year warranty.

How long does it take to build and deliver a custom PC?

Production times for each custom PC build vary depending on the availability of parts and the complexity of the customer's order. In general we aim for 7-10 working days for production and testing, then an additional 3-5 working days for shipping.

Do you offer support for upgrading existing PCs?

Due to the risk of damage during shipping to us, at this time, we are only able to offer upgrades for existing PCs, to customers who are able to drop off their PC to us in our South Auckland Location. For more details, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we do not offer financing options at this time.

Can I request specific brands or components for my build?

We are open to requests for specific brands and components, however we may not be able to fulfil your requests due to factors beyond our control. If we are unable to fulfil your request, we will notify you and provide you with other options before proceeding with your build.

Yes, our team will assist you no matter what your level of PC knowledge is, to help meet your needs for a custom build.
